This is a high-speed wire rope hot melt cutting machine, it can process 2 wire ropes with an outer diameter of less than 3mm at the same time, which will greatly improve production efficiency. The feeding wheel is driven by a high-precision servo motor, the cutting length can be freely set in the program.
The cut position of the wire rope is rapidly melted at high temperature under the action of the current, and the incisions are welded together, which can prevent the wire from spreading, the cutting edge is neat and smooth.
The safety guard is optional, when the safety door is opened, the machine will automatically alarm and stop.
